but yea they’ll grow back. trust me. my best friend did it, her top lashes, & they grew back. takes a couple of weeks to a month

Ummm… eyelashes don’t grow. They will never grow back, so that was really stupid on your part.

Why would you cut them? They will grow back, but I assume the process would be quite painful for you while you are waiting since it may hurt to blink. I can guess that while you were “cutting” them you knew what you were doing, until you realized the effect it may have on you?
I’ve never known anyone who would want to do this. Even me… Because it seems rather dangerous to cut eyelashes that are so close to your retina.
They will grow back, presumably four to six weeks. But that depends fully on age in growth rate. I am assuming you are in your teens…?
