i have oval shaped blue eyes & a pale face
eye liner & me dont always get a long but i need to know wat color to use, were to put it more heavy, & how to get it on with out it clumping up my eyelashes!!
any other tips too…

as u said u have pale face &blue eyes then use brown eyeliner start from inside &move outside &also u can apply liner on the outside only i.e apply thin layer just at the end of the lid &bent it below towards the end of the lower lid.u can also apply liner on the lower lid only its in fashion & also give great look ,just apply a thin layer on the lower lid.

black eyeliner a lillte on the lash line, before eyelashes & liquid liner at the top but not too thick.

without knowing your skin & hair color I cant tell you what color eyeliner to wear…but darker equals more dramatic & lighter for daytime casual ….start at the inside corner of the eyelid for oval eyes…lightly touch the brush or pencil & as you begin to move towards the outside of the eyelid gently apply more pressure to make the line a little thicker….stop at the outside corner for casual & go a fraction longer with a slight upward movement for more dramatic……lotsa luck…
