Burgundy Liquid Eyeliner?
Do you think I should use it? I have big green eyes, long eyelashes, ash blonde hair, rather pale skin. In combination with black mascara?
Both mascara & the eyeliner just on the upper eyelids & eyelashes. Ok or not? What other eyeliners, type & colors could suits me?

I would think that blue eyeliner will suit your big green eyes better. Yes you can combined with either black or blue mascara too.
Apply a thin layer (3/4 of your eye) of eyeliner at lower eyelids. You can apply the whole upper eyelids with the same eyeliner too. If you prefer a more dramatic look, you can apply mascara on both your eyelashes, if not, just the upper one will do.
Well, black eyeliner too will look great on you but that will be more for dinner or functions at night. You can have the dramatic look then.
As for your pale skin, do brush on some blusher so that you’ll have a fresher look.
