Am I Over-reacting Here??? Please Need Advice Stat!!!?
I went to the salon today to get eyelash extensions. I waited an hour for the lady to even show up. After she finished the lashes I told her they were too long, so she trimmed them really poorly. Then they just looked horrible, so I had her remove them. When she took them off all my natural lashes had been cut off!!! I was & am very upset & disappointed.
but here is my real question…when I came home from the salon all upset, all my bf said was “i told you not to go” that made me feel worse. I don’t feel pretty at all. & he is making me feel worse by saying hurtful stuff & ignoring me while i’m sad. I went there to look better, not worse. so I feel like my pride has been hurt…i’m upset & he is not comforting me in the way I wish he would. what should I do????

I am so sorry! No it is not your fault, & you are not over reacting. The girl who did your eyelashes should be fired or something. Go back to the salon & complain. They should give you great service.
My boyfriend is the same way a lot, so I know how you feel. Have a close friend comfort you if he won’t.

I would complain to the salon, & quit going there.
and your boyfriend, sorry, but he was kind of being an ***, but don’t get too pissed off at him.. you don’t want to ruin your relationship, let him know he kind of hurt your feelings.
And don’t worry! Your eyelashes will eventually grow back!

The person above me is dumb. Saying “You shouldn’t have gotten them done” doesn’t help the situation at all, & it doesn’t make me feel better when people say that to me.
Know that when you’re down, the only way to go is up.
You know that you can always just put on your own fake eye lashes

First off we all know men are wieners. So let that go. but if it had been my lovely lashes i would have been pxssed off. I would have demanded my money back from the manager. Then on the way to my car hoped she would he fired. People in the beauty industry are like teachers. You have to really love what you do & care. If you don’t it affects others. Im sorry that that happened to you. I just buy the glue on’s. But i’ve seen the extentions & they are grand. Good luck
