well it mastly depends on eye color, but i have the same as u & i usually use a dark purple, in certain light u can tell its purple but it doesnt look like weird so people compliment me on it all the time, good luck finding the perfect color for u!! C =
If you are BOLD && EXOTIC i’d say you’d want to go with blue eyeliner!
But if your sort of shy & you just want to be part of the crowd, I’d say go with a black!

use coal or dark brown for mascara & eyeliner,
for eyeshadow you can use any of the following colors:
browns coppers golds & pastel magentas or blue
also remember blues compliment is yellow so dont be afraid to try yellows as well.
