Eyelash Answers

I have green eyes, & brown hair. I’m planning on putting highlights in my hair in about 2 weeks though. I was just wondering what color eye shadowss I should use, & if you have any recommendations on specific shadows I could buy at Target or something like that. Also, I can I get thick, long lashes? I curl my lashes, & use Collosal Mascara, or Lash Blast, but I want thicker longer lashes. I don’t have very many eyelashes though. Is there some ointment or something I can use that’s cheap? Thanks. Yes you can.

I’ve got deep-set eyes that are dark & you can’t see my eyelids & my eyelashes are long but you can’t see them that well from a distance because my eyelids come forward.
What should I do? Any mascara/eyeliner tips?
