Eyelash Answers

I wear contacts & about a year ago I was getting small white bumps on my top inner eyelid, they didn’t bother me at first but “grew/became more” if didnt take my contacts out. I went to a doctor & he told me the only way they would go away is if I stopped wearing contacts, he didn’t say what it exaclty was just a reaction to contacts? Does anybody know any tips or tricks to get it away?
I checked yesterday since its always like 1 bump is there & now there are 4ish, they seem to “itch” but its just me rubbing my eye & pulling at my eyelash’s.

i get a small bump on my eyelid everyday or two & it usually goes away the next morning… are they little styes? i had blepharitis… i guess my eyelash follicles just get infected easily? any advice or anyone know whats wrong? thanks

These bumps are not pimples, but what are they & how can they be removed or cured?
