Eyelash Answers

My one year old kid has blond eyelashes on her right eyelid, dark eyelashes on the other. Have you heard of this before? I know you can can have multi colored hairs, my facial hair is this way, but having one side of eyelashes is blond, the other dark strikes me as different. Not that it is a bad thing, personally I love it. But I am curious about it.

Actuually the color is not bad on her, she likes to wear it with long bang covering her pretty face. When she pulls it off her face, it actually looks really nice. She has blue eyes & dark eyelashes & eyebrows. How can I convince her that it looks better off her face? She also has dark framed glasses.

I have super dark brown eyes,they’re pretty much black.So dark you can’t even see the pupil,and I have hooded eyelids too.I have pretty long eyelashes,but they’re straight so you usually can’t see them very well.What kind of eye makeup goes with that eye color,both for day-to-day looks & especially on special occasions,when I want it to be more dramatic.I want my eye color to be more noticeable & less boring.I also have pretty fair skin & dark brown shoulder-length hair,if it helps.Any tips would be appreciated.Thanks!!!

I have big ,dark brown eyes; long eyelashes & normal eyebrows !!! what colour would look good on my eyes? doesn’t purple look bad? cause I like purple eyeshadow !!!

had my eyelashes tinted today, they are too dark. is there a way of lightening them or removing the dye. many thanks

i’m going to take my senior portraits soon & i don’t know if i should use black or dark brown liquid eyeliner.
i’m kind of pale (really pale in the winter) but since it’s summer i’m just light skinned since i’m out in the sun a lot more. & i’m worried that black eyeliner may seem too much even if i make a small line close to my eyelashes.
do you think black will be too much, too unnatural?
if yes, then i should go for dark brown, right?
if not, then tell me what you think. thanks in advance!

should i line the bottom? & why or why not?
how about some eye shadow? if yes, what color? if not, then why?

I’m wearing a black corset, black ruffled skirt,black tights & either black pumps or black heels?! I still have to buy wings, but i have my eye on black & pink wings in claires! I need tips on how to do my make up, i was thinking fake eyelashes black eyeliner, & pink & black eyeshadow…? maybe red lipstick? Or would that be too over the top? Also i have a tiara but im not sure should i use it? Nd im not sure what i should do with my hair? ny tips? I have long blonde hair as it is! Nd i dont want to go too crazy with hair dyes & stuff! Im 16 by the way…Nd any tips would be greatly appreciated! Tanx!! xxxx

I have hazel eyes, I have more green in my eyes than brown,
But the brown is rather dark……. i have sholder length hair, & it’s curly…. I dont have long eyelashes…….
I need to know what colors I can use to bring out the green in my eyes while still making the brown evident, so that you can see the brown but so that it looks there is much more green in my eyes?

i have ginger hair so also ginger eyelashes, i would love for them to be darker so it looks like im always wearing mascara
also iv heard that Vaseline(petroleum jelly) encourages eyelashes to grow, does this work? & what else makes them longer & thicker?
also i find plucking my eyebrows REALLY pain full is there any other way or anyway to make it hurt less (i find it slightly better to do it after bathing)

right now i only wear lip gloss & sometimes eyeshadow. because i have glasses & mascara makes my eyelashes bump against my glasses. but i want to wear it anyways because i’m getting contacs soon. should i wear eyeliner? & what color eyeliner, eyeshadow, & mascara should i wear?
i have really dark brown eyes, olive skin, & dark brown hair. & im turning 13 in a month. don’t give me the whole your too young for make-up thing!

im indian, & i have really dark brown eyes, almost black. They look an amber brown in the light & if your up close. The cool thing is they are like a mirror & glassy. I have a pretty good eyeshape with long eyelashes, just i dont think i like my color. Is dark brown aka black a good color on girls or no?

im always jealous of light skinned ppl b/c they can wear lots of black eyeliner & thick mascara & have this really nice look where their eyes look dark from far away. but being dark brown, i have a hard time achieving dark eyes. i try to put a lot of mascara on but even if i put on multiple layers, when i stand back & look at myself overall, it just doesn’t seem like theres a difference or i get the “spider legs” w/ the clumping, ew. i put liquid eyeliner on sometimes, & i try heavy eyeliner but it never ends up lasting or if i put a thick layer beneath my eyelashes, i just look weird (maybe im doing it wrong?)
any tips? should i take a color other than black? any other ideas for dramatic eyes? thanks!

i aplly castor oil on my eyelashes & result is v.good.is castor oil also helps in removing dark circles & in increasing of hair length??? p

Brown will look more natural….black more dramatic…your call but I would chose brown.

i feel in makes me appear to wear mascara & as a very masculine guy other wise this really annoys me & is a serious confidence killer when a jealous girls makes you out to be a poofter because they don’t believe this is natural i want to find a way to lighten the colour of the tips of them so they appear shorter. I may even resort to being very careful & bleaching the tips which im awear can blind you. ive been cutting them which makes them look even more unatual & tried lemon juice in the sun.
