Eyelash Answers

Does anyone recommend a certain type of brand or glue. Also, any secret tips on how to apply them properly?

I just put on mascara, & the tips of my eyelashes were almost past my eyebrows, idk if it looks weird or not. Is that weird? average? “special”?
I know I can’t trim them, that would hurt like a motherrr

I pick the glue off the fake lashes when I re-use them on MYSELF. (I do NOT re-use lashes on clients)
Makeup remover works well to take the glue off my eyes. (baby oil or other oil if you don’t have makeup remover)
You can re-use them as long as they hold together. Remember to clean them before each use! (a mild soap should work fine)

so if i use this a mascara with a curved will my very suborn lashes stay up for longer than a minute?

I have really long, thin, invisible blonde eyelashes, & I can’t find mascara that will work with them. Anything that is dark at all will show the blonde tips of my eyelashes, & look very spidery on my bottom lashes (I have tried just putting in on the top lashes but it looks weird with black/brown on top & blonde on bottom). Also, clear does nothing for me, just makes my eyelashes stick together! I have heard that using a very light brown will work (specifically stila in taupe).
Any suggestions on what I could do (or use)?

20 minutes ago, i used eyelashes clip & because of i squeezed it too hard then it slipped & dragged away almost every hairs on my left eyes. When i took a closer look to all those fallen eyelashes, i think they went off with their roots. I spent 20 minutes crying in pain in side & out! How am i supposed to live without my eyelashes? i used to love it so much! I’m crying typing this message! Will it grow back? oh my god! I shouldnt have used that stupid clip!

I have very thin hard to notice eyelashes & they are very fine.im not allowed to wear mascara yet & i need help. I recentaly had someone ask me if I plucked my eyebrows [ i dont] & i got embarrassed. My eyebrows are thinning on the side & i dont know how to make them grow. [ i used to have this habit of pulling at my eyebrows & the hairs would come out]

yes they will grow back, but only if you stop pulling them out, if they look really thin or something you can use fake lashes till they grow back

They grow straight down, & cover his eyes. It’s not like anyone will know….

im 16 yrs old.. i look good with long eyelashes but they are falling out probably cuz i use way to much mascara everysingle day.. WILL THEY GROW BACK??? WHEN ????

Yes, they do. Mine are so long I have to cut them so they don’t rub against my sunglasses. I do this twice a month so I can attest to the fact that they do grow back.

i know you’re all gonna say “false eyelashes”
but whenever i wear them i get an allergic reaction.

Yes, your eye lash hair will grow back…
But, be careful, if you suffer (or think you may suffer from) trichotillomania, the disease in which you pull out your own hair (namely, eye lash hair), then you will be continuously battling your hair loss & it may be possible that you suffer nerve damage at the root of the eye lashes as well.

i have really short eyelashes.
ive been trying to use mascara to make it longer but i always have trouble using the eyelash curler…
it always pinches my skin & it hurts really bad.
if i dont use it there is no point of using the mascara because my eyelashes are so down low.
it sometimes works when im doing my right eye, but i cant even do my left eye because i always pinch my skin.
are there any tips to prevent pinching? any tips to lift my lashes more? & i would also like to know how to use mascara properly. thanks.

just yesterday i cut them. all my life i had the longest straight. dark. eyelashes.i was known for really pretty eyelashes.reall long. i have really big blue eyes too & i hate that so i thought if i cut my eyelashes off theyd look smaller. not a good idea. & now i look ugly & not that girly…****. please someone tell me what can i do to make them grow back faster if thats possible.. & do they even grow back at all? if so how long?

Ive always found long & full eyelashes so beautiful, any tips to make them longer? I own the collasel mascara (new yellow one) & it works well.. but I still want my eyelashes naturally longer? And is curling your eyealshes bad for them?

i noticed a couple of weeks ago that my eyelashes were falling out. i think it was the new type of mascara i was trying, cause it only started happening when i used it. but now there’s this massive gap in my eyelashes & im really self conscious about it. so my friend said to start using fake ones till they grow back. who makes the best ones?
