A Few Photoshop Questions..?
In the past couple of days i’ve asked a handful of Photoshop questions.. this is the last! I’m getting the hang of things, but I still have a few questions. By the way, i’m using Photoshop Elements 6.
What is the absolute best way to achieve a flawless, glossy looking photo? I’ve been using the crap out of the blur tool, but i’m not getting the results I want. Any tips?
Also, I installed a few new brushes.. which was stupid.. because I have yet to mess around with brushes so I have no idea how to use them. I found some neat hair & eyelash tools,.. any tips on how to use those? If not, what is the best way to use any kind of brush?
And last, i’m having trouble fixing lips. And what I mean by that is harsh lip liner spots & uneven lip color. Any tips on this?
Thanks in advance! I know it takes a lot of time & patience.. but a little help would be nice! There are too many tutorials not explaining what I want.

How Do I Use Things I Downloaded For Photoshop?
I found a website where you can download things for photoshop CS2, like fake eyelashes, color schemes, effects & things like that.
I downloaded a file called “VintageFilm” that is supposed to give a picture that sepia type of tint that used to show up in old pictures
I downloaded it just fine but the problem is I don’t know how to actually use it
is it supposed to show up in my photoshop?
because I can’t find it on there
