Eyelash Answers

well i have fairly big eyes for asians.. [runs in the family] so i have a good amount of eyelids so that you can see my eyeshadow, but the problem is, is that i don’t know what colours look good on me without it looking caked.
for MAC :
i’ve used bronze eyeshadows like honeylust & bronze museum. but i want a colour that’s natural glowy.. if that makes any sense at all.
and are there any mascaras that make eyelashes thicker?
i’ve been using neutrogena olive natural volume that makes it “400% thicker”.
and another question about skin.
i have a lot of blackheads, & exfoliators don’t work.
and with the blackheads makes my forehead quite wrinkly.
i just want my skin tight soft, & clear.
any tips or products that will help?!

So i’m Asians but i have big eyes for an Asian

But like any other Asian i have brown eyes, but mine are a light brown

Well, I’m not sure about fake eyelashes & if it would be a good alternative to mascara or not..so I have afew questions ;D
- Does it damage your eye or natural eyelashes?
- How do you put them on? Special glue?
- How do you take them off?
- How much would one set be?
- Can you get some that you can use again & won’t be all gluey?
- Can they come off if you wipe your eye?
- What age would you say is the minimum to start using false eyelashes?
- Would they be okay for school? Not for everyday if they do real harm or are mega expensive but just wondering.
- What bad after effects could you get from wearing them?

1. What can I do to make my eyelashes thicker? For mascara, i’m using Urban Decay’s Big Fatty mascara. Any other tips?

Where do you put eyeliner on? On the waterline of your eye where your lid meets your actual eye, or past your eyelashes, or on the line where your eyelashes are?
I used to put it on on the waterline, but that kinda made my eyes look smaller, so then I put it on past my eyelashes.
Is putting it in one area more dramatic than the other, & does it really make a difference where you put it, or is it just a preference?
What kind of eyeliner do you use? I prefer pencil.
I tried the liquid eyeliner & I can never get a straight line if I put it on the area past my eyelashes. And it looks like I missed because you can still see some akin where thhe eyelashes are. And if I put it on my waterline, then it leaks into my eye. Any tips?

I was wondering what the best size (gauge & diameter) ring to use for the “snakebite position” is? I am uncertain as to what size I will need to compensate for swelling, as well as what I will need when the healing process reduces my lip size back to normal.
I don’t have measuring tape (I know, I know) & my piercer is getting me to pick up the rings myself. She IS certified, so there is no point commenting on that, or trying to talk me out of getting the ring.
I was also wondering if I should be trying to get a CBR or a circular barbell? I am not 100% sure of what I should be getting for my first, ‘just-pierced’ ring.

I am sorry for all this, I just can’t find the info I need, & I can’t get to the piercer until the day I get it done.

So I’m 15 & I need some help. I’m having some trouble with my hair. My hair is SUPER SUPER thin & is down to about the middle of my back. it’s brown (as in the pictures below) & tends to be a little oily. I have no bangs & I’ve tried to get it layered, but it never works because I don’t have that much hair! It’s also flat flat flat. How do I get some body? My hair can’t hold curls because it’s so thin? I’d love to achieve waves or loose curls. How do I go about doing that when my hair is so thin??
Also, I will admit I have great eyes. My eyelashes are naturally full & long. Can I accentuate them any more by eyeshadow? What colors?
FYI:My style is usually vintage/hippy ( I wear many fedoras & just vintage clothes)

In the past couple of days i’ve asked a handful of Photoshop questions.. this is the last! I’m getting the hang of things, but I still have a few questions. By the way, i’m using Photoshop Elements 6.
What is the absolute best way to achieve a flawless, glossy looking photo? I’ve been using the crap out of the blur tool, but i’m not getting the results I want. Any tips?
Also, I installed a few new brushes.. which was stupid.. because I have yet to mess around with brushes so I have no idea how to use them. I found some neat hair & eyelash tools,.. any tips on how to use those? If not, what is the best way to use any kind of brush?
And last, i’m having trouble fixing lips. And what I mean by that is harsh lip liner spots & uneven lip color. Any tips on this?

Ok. I have been playing around with different eyeshadows & looks. I am getting into modeling, & can’t afford to hire a Make-up Artist, so I’m sorta trying to become my own.
Anyway…
1) I have tried a million different mascara’s & still can’t find one that will make my eyelashes curl & not clump, & look long! I do use an eyelash curler, because I have short eyelashes. Any suggestions for a good mascara that doesn’t cost an arm & a leg?
2) Has anyone used the Jessie’s Girl line of eyeshadows? Are they highly pigmented? I have used H.I.P. & love their line, but they don’t have a lot of colors. Also, has anyone used NYX, & where can you buy that brand? Rite Aid?
3) What is a good base for eyeshadow to make it blend & stay on longer?

How much do they cost? Do they hurt getting done? Are there any risks? How long do they last? How do they stick them on? Will they damage my real eyelashers? Can you wear mascara, wash around your eyes without them coming off?

so i want to have naturally long, full eyelashes
ive heard putting some Vaseline on them can help them grow, if you have tried that did you see any noticeable improvements? do you know of any other methods? i also heard it can help your lips to be softer too? help is soo much appreciated! any other helpful tips like that as well i would LOVE!! i always pick a best answer

I want to get it done, i heard it only lasts a month, but how do they do it.. does it hurt, does it add color or just make them looked curled???

IF I wear too much makeup I look rough & haggard If I dont wear enough makeup I looked tired listless & “washed out.
What is good natural enahncing ways to wear makeup for a fair skinned, alburned hared, round faced, meduim lips, hazel eyed (more toward grey), sparse eyelashes, short to med length layred hair?
