Eyelash Answers

Most of the time when I remove my mascara (not waterproof), my eyelashes seem to come off! As in one of 2 lashes come off from each eye or so… I don’t want this to happen & end up with thin lashes or something… Is there any way that I could remove mascara (eye makeup in general) without my lashes coming off? Also, any tips on how to get longer, thicker lashes?
P.S, this is probably me just being paranoid but from what I see, my right eye lashes are more/thicker than my left… any ideas on how to get them both the same too?

Everytime I use eye makeup remover, on my eyelashes, I lose about 5 lashes . I heard using a face cleanser on ur eyes works better, but won’t it sting?

About 5 months ago or so i spilled eyelash glue on my soffees & I was wondering if there were anyways to get it off? I have washed them probably 5-7 times since then, so it’s pretty set. Is there still hope?

i dont have a lot of eyelashes & when i remove mascara at the end of the day some of my scare eyelashes will fall out. so i am trying to find an alternative. so if i use fake eyelashes.. when i remove them will some of my real eyelashes come out too? Also, can I reuse them? Please answer only if you’ve had experience.

I always would wipe off my mascara with vaseline or in the shower, & it worked pretty well. I heard vaseline causes pimples, & my face is starting to get acne under my eye & cheek area. I also am losing eyelashes! I haven’t worn mascara in 2 weeks because I’m scared I might lose more lashes. Help?!

Just remove your makeup how you usually do it, but dodge your eyelashes.

People have told me that putting moisturiser on the eyelashes would make them prettier, so I was like, “Okay, why not?” & it’s a REALLY BAD IDEA because I think the greasy, sticky moisturiser had gotten into my eye somehow & now the lens is stuck to it because I had rubbed my eyes while I was trying to get it out.
My vision is ‘bad’ though, like, as if I wasn’t wearing contacts. I’m pretty sure it’s still in there, because I do notice the outer edges of the lens when I touch my eye. But could it be that I had unknowingly removed it & I hadn’t noticed? It’s kind of weird for a contact lens to be in my eye without it correcting my vision.

What brand of mascara do you use? Can it be removed with only water? Is is gentle on the eyelashes? Any answers are helpful. Thanks so much, everyone. Your help is very much appreciated!

I’ve so far tried:
- Wet wipes.
- Eye make-up remover on cotton wool.
But out of both of them the wet wipes have probably worked the best. With the make-up remover on the cotton wool the wool just sticks around my eyes & the removed make-up just goes onto the wool & when I try to remove more it just puts the make-up already taken off back onto my face.
Though wet wipes are good, it’s not all that easy to remove the mascara. I wiggle it onto my eyelashes & it works but not all that well. What’s your best way to remove your make-up & mascara?
My friend suggested baby lotion on something but I can’t remember what.

i have the Victoria’s secret voluminous mascara it works SOOO good accept when i need to take it off its really difficult & i always loose at least one eyelash i use almay make up remover pads the oil ones
and i want to know how to take it off with out loosing any eye lashes
im scared soon ill be eyelashh less =[

How do I remove mascara without it clumping & pulling my eyelashes out? I would prefer not to buy anything. But, I have things like cotton balls & Q-Tips. Please give me some tips on how to remove it. Thanks!

i just bought the new rimmel mascar, volume flash. the waterproof one,but when i want to remove all my make up it stays on, & the more i try to rub off the mascara, it pulls the my eyelashes off!!. what can i use to help me with this problem.?

*ALSO*i have a dis sty & had it for 3 months & tried everything from hot water medicated eye drops to pills from the doctor gave me to eyelash cleanser to plucking eyebrows..nothing works..any other remedies i can use before the surgery or why it wont go away?

I use those sensitive wipes because they are convenient. I find that cotton wool gets caught in my eyelashes ect. but it seems that my eyelashes are always falling out which means I can never really get all my mascara off fully, I it now making my eyelashes quite dry & brittle. the vaseline on the eyelashes trick doesn’t seem to make too much of a difference

Hate this itching feeling in the eye usually its just eyelash that was alienated or small hair its easy to get out with just wet finger, but when some small peace of sand or something else gets there that i cant even see i know its something artifical since its felt in different areas when u move eye, but cant see whats that even when i open skin, is it safe to wash with water under eye skin or how can i remove that thing?
If i leave it as is will it self remove over time?

every time i wipe the kohl outta my eyes it damages my eyelashes i mean i keep loosin some of them.
so how do i prevent this from happening?
i usually remove it with a tissue or cotton, is this wrong?
