i am studying & going to be opening a home salon in the next coming year but am struggling to pick a name to call it…….. i really liked “the beauty spot” but as a registered business name that is already gone. i live in north queensland so up here its known as “the topics” or “tropical NQ” so i guess it could have something to do with tropical……im open to all ideas except i dont want my name or street name or family name in it anywhere………throw some suggestions my way please???????? it will be a salon of spray tanning, nails, waxing, tinting, eyelash extensions, massage, & professional make up

Will they grow back? How long? There arn’t any huge missing chunks or anything, they’re just more sparce than they use to be.
What is the best mascara to make my eyelashes look thicker yet still lengthen while I wait for the slight gaps to fill in?

And do you know of a salon that does eyelash extensions?

*Individual eyelash extensions (they look so real & last for 6 weeks £45)
*Eyebrow shaping/ colouring
*Waxing
*UV Free Spray Tanning
*Nail Extensions
*Manicures & Pedicures
*Body Wraps
*Spray Tatoo
*Body Piercing
The question is though, I don’t know if ladies would be interested in coming to my salon.
If there was a beauty salon that offered services like these, close by, would you go?
And what treatments would you like to see/or have done?

Should I open my beauty Salon?

I have really really short, thick eyelashes. They’re so short that (even when I wear mascara) it looks like I have no eyelashes. The tips don’t even come up. I can’t curl them. They won’t even reach to the curler. Please answer!

They are from the dollar tree =) but they are by far the best eye lash curlers EVER… but they never get them in anymore… anyone have any ideas where i can find them… I looked all over the internet, but had no luck finding anything! Thanks in advance!

What happend is I had an eyelash perm & tint & i was not happy with the results as it did not work! so I informed them,a few days later & went back in & the supervisor present was not disposed to offer me more than 50% discount of another treatment, even though it did not work the first time & I would have at least expect them to do another treatment free of charge as it was less than a week & this is supposed to last 5-6weeks or so!
At first I was ok with this, however after thinking about this why should i pay again! & I even suggested 50% refund back to me then.
I wrote a complaint letter & the salon (not a cheap one!) still only offered me 50% discount & a £5 off voucher for another treatment as a gesture of goodwill!!!! (making me spend more money, as if!)
I feel this is very unfair & not good customer service at all, I have tried again to put my point across, but the supervisor was very rude & said there is nothing further they could do & that they do not offer refunds. Help!

I live in the San Gabriel area & I am looking for a place that can do good eyelash extensions anywhere from $15-50. Please let me know if you know anywhere good. Should last a couple months. How much are touchups? I tried calling yellow pages but many say they do not do them. If you have had them done at a good place, you can email me asiancreation21@aol.com

will they continue to grow in the same after the extensions. for example i used to get acryllic nails done & when i stopped it took a very, very long time for them to get back to normal. also how often do you have to redo them? can i go swimming with them on? i have seen nail salons advertising it for around $30. is that the best place to go?

Preferably close to the city centre. I’m looking to have my lashes extended for a wedding later this month.
