Eyelash Answers

So there’s a school dance this Friday. Theres no real theme. I am probably wearing jeans & darkish colored top. For shoes it will either be black flats or black Converse hightops (haha, my fav). My hair is light-brownish, sort of like dirty-blonde. I am straightening it, & it is about down to my shoulders. What kind of makeup should I wear? I don’t want to go over the top, but some kind of thing that would look good. And YES, I do wear a little but of concealer. Should I use liquid or power because I have tried both but idk what looks better.
Anyway, all the makeup I & my sister has (which I can borrow) is eyeliner, liquid or not, mascara, some eyeshadow, lipstick/gloss (which one should I choose?), blush, concealer, eyelash curler.
PLEASE help anything will do. Thanks!

What are the essential things I should do daily?
-I pluck my eyebrow
-occassionally curl my eyelashes for school
Should I be doing anything else? (keep in mind i’m just growing out of my tomboy stage at the moment & i’m 17)

I’m a natural dark, dirty blonde, almost light brown (now that it’s almost winter), but I’ve never dyed my hair yet but now I really want a change.
The problem is I can’t decide if I should go lighter blonde or darker, brunette. I think I might suit brown more but my mom says I should go lighter.
And there’s another problem: my eyebrows aren’t super dark, will that be a issue? If I go brunette I wouldn’t want to bother pencilling them in every day. And my eyelashes are brown but are blonde on the tips.

I have short, straight, thin eyelashes that curl well. I want affordable drugstore(Walgreens) mascara that can help keep the curl but also lenghthen my eyelashes & give a little more volume. So far my choices are Maybelline’s Colossal, Maybelline’s XXL (curl or lengthen), L’Oreal’s Lash Extensions, L’Oreal’s Voluminous, & L’Oreal’s Extra Volume Collagen. I’m wondering if there’s any other “really good ones” out there that i can find at Walgreen’s, or ones that you wouldnt recommend. I don’t really care about the price….

I have dirty blond hair & fair skin(kinda a classic ivory colour). My eyes are grey/blue/green/turquoise depending on the day & my eyelashes are black. I’m contemplating dying my hair deep chocolate brown with golden highlights. Thoughts? opinions? any advice is appreciated (-:

I have mediumish dark brown hair. I have brown eyes that have a tad bit of green in them. In the sunlight you can see a red tint to my hair.I also have medium light skin.I am in 6th grade & my mom wants me to look natrul she said NO MASCARA!!!!. what color lip gloss, eyeliner, & eyeshadow should I wear. Also NO LIPSTICK!!! also should i wear powder??? i dont really want to wear foundation because it feels heavy. Also i have thick eyebrows & VERY VERY VERY VERY long eyelashes.

I don’t know why, but I really want to wear some makeup. Maybe it’s because I like the way it looks, & I like the colors. Maybe it’s because most of the other girls in my class already do, & it makes most of them look good. I have green eyes, & brown hair. I’m planning on putting highlights in my hair in about 2 weeks though. I was just wondering what color eye shadowss I should use, & if you have any recommendations on specific shadows I could buy at Target or something like that. Also, I can I get thick, long lashes? I curl my lashes, & use Collosal Mascara, or Lash Blast, but I want thicker longer lashes. I don’t have very many eyelashes though. Is there some ointment or something I can use that’s cheap? Thanks. i’m pale, very pale. clear skin, no acne. I have little pink lips & almost mahogany eyes that sometimes look gold. I have long black eyelashes too so i dont need mascara. i have tiny circles under my eyes that are faint.
i cant decide on a hair color. right now its dark blond, but i want it to be darker. i was thinking a dark brown with a red tint to it. like really deep mahogany. does anyone have ideas?!?!?

hi! i’m a natural redhead who used to love my hair, until the term “ginger” entered the u.s. via southpark. ever since that episode, people talk about us like we’re trash & all gross. i know i’m not ugly. i’m just sick of being “ginger.” the reason i want to die it blonde & not brunette is because my eyelashes are blonde, & while i wear mascara & eyeliner, my eyebrows are blonde too so it would look weird with having brown hair unless i dye them too. & i don’t want to. & blonde would look more natual because of my fair skin. so do you think i should dye it blonde? keep it red? or maybe try brunette? any other colors? input please! & please no negitive comments about the hair. i have low self esteem as it is.

when I am having something like an eyelash tint?

I have always been very partial to dark hair, I love it. But that does not mean that it would suit me.
Skin: I am very pale (I have a “cool” skin tone) with pink cheeks & almost translucent skin beneath my eyes & on my forehead. I have fairly dark under eye circles (I was born with them they wont go away, but whatever) I have a Light sprinkling of freckles btu they really aren’t noticeable unless your face is about an inch from mine
current hair: I have either very light brown hair or very dakr blonde hair. It is a golden brown, I would say. They underside is like a mild chocolate & top part is golden with light streaks of honey form the sun. I have never dyed my hair before.
Eyes: They are blue, almsot a light sapphire shade with a thick navy ring linign the irirs. I have a bit of light emerald green lining the pupil. I have very long & very dakr eyelashes. My eyese are a bit heavily lidded which gives me a rather haughty & a bit arrogant & bored look
I don’t know it these factors influence hair color but I also want a new haircut so I’m going to put them anyway:
Lips: on the fuller side, pink
eyebrows: a light brown, high & arching
faceshape: my face shape is a bit unuauals. It is on the rounder side but with a stornger jaw & higher cheeks. i know, osudns wierd but that’s my face
I wnat to know what color would best suit me & what ahircut would be most flattering for my face shape. I will not do short hair, it must be long. Thank you & sorry for forcing you to read my entire physical desription

I have considered getting a partial highlights (highlights just on top layer of hair) for a long time but I have been scared to because of my hair color, I have dark brown hair with blonde & red highlights. To me whatever highlight color I would get it wouldn’t look natural. I have always wanted curly hair. I got a perm 4 years ago but it never took to my hair well (yes I did go to a salon). After, research I thought maybe if I just got a full color & a perm it would look good. So, my must recent thought has been getting my hair dyed dark auburn & getting a perm to create beach waves. Is it possible to do both? I have fine so will it really damage it? I am only 14 years old so I don’t want damaged hair for the rest of my life. Also, I go to a private school & they have rules on hair so I have know it will come out okay. Just some facts that might influence your decision & opinion:
I have hazel eyes with specks of gold
I have dark eye brows (almost black)
I naturally have long eyelashes that are black
My skin is pale with a red undertone
I have found on some websites that I have cool hues but on other I have warm so if anyone can clear this up please do…

I have medium brown hair which is quite dull with a tinge of red, dark brown eyes & very very pale skin (practically white) I think my hair colour makes me look really washed out, so I don’t know whether to try a dark ashy blonde… or a auburn or brightish ginger… I love ginger hair & I have the complextion for it but i’m worried it might look a bit fake on me as my hair & eyebrows are verry thick. (Although I do pluck my eyebrows, but I like them quite thick & arched)
My hair is quite long & I wear it big & volumised (sort of like cheryl cole)
I also wear 2 pairs of false eyelashes together every day so my makeup is quite heavy in that sense… but maybe a different hair colour would look quite quirky?
The reason for my wanting to change my hair colour is because i’m sick of wearing fake tan as I always look orange.. i’ve been looking at pictures of people like twiggy & florence (and the machine) so maybe I can pull off a totally different look?

I have long black curly eyelashes but they dont stand out as much as they use to…I dont usually use mascara but I have a party coming up & want them to stand out…The ones I did use make my eyelashes really brittle or kind of leaks onto my face to make my eyes look black all around…Any tips or mascara brands would be great. I am sure I was ripped off. I spent $250 for eyelash extensions which hardly added any fullness to my lashes, & fell out in 10 days. How much has anyone spent on them?

I have an heated eyelash curler that eats up my batteries like crazy. I take out the batteries whenever I do not use the eyelash curler, but the batteries (that were never used before) still die really fast. Any suggestions for a heated eye lash curler? I have a plain eyelash curler, but I prefer heated ones. Are there any that come with a recharger by any chance?

I am going to have my eyelashes tinted for the first time as they are quite light. Should I get brown, black or blue? I have red hair, pale skin & blue/grey eyes.
