Eyelash Answers

I pick the glue off the fake lashes when I re-use them on MYSELF. (I do NOT re-use lashes on clients)
Makeup remover works well to take the glue off my eyes. (baby oil or other oil if you don’t have makeup remover)
You can re-use them as long as they hold together. Remember to clean them before each use! (a mild soap should work fine)

Ok. I know this was really stupid, so don’t lecture me. I read somewhere that if you trimmed like about 1/4th of your eyelashes, they’d grow longer & would curl at the ends. Don’t ask what convinced me or what the heck I was thinking, but, anyway, I did it, & now I’m starting to regret it They were a lot longer than they are right now & I’m just sad & depressed.
Has anyone ever done this, too? What were your results & how long did it take for them to grow back completely?
Will I have to wait till the eyelashes that I trimmed fall off & grow back fully again, or will the ones I trimmed still grow to their previous length?
And yes, I know that, on normal conditions, eyelashes take about two months to regrow if they fell. But this isn’t the case.

Im a first time contact user & im very nervous in front of the doctors
but for some reason they wont let me have any contacts to learn with
And i have visited the doctor 3 times without being able to put them in myself.
When i went the first time the doctor put them in for me & i took them out but then i couldnt put them back in
Im wondering how when i go to the doctor tomorrow can i prove to them i can insert them properly
I have no idea how i need to insert the contacts even tho they told me how & i watched several videos. the methods they show dont seem to work for me
And why wont they let me take them home to practice & learn my own technique?
It makes me verry nervous to be infront of people i dont know trying to do something im new at & mostly everyone does it a “special way”
or a trick they found that makes it easyer
Oh gosh im so worried , i just want my lenses when i go tomorrow
Any help / advice for me?
P.S my eyes are verry twitchy especily when i hold my top eyelashes lol that causes them to fluter like crazy, & i have long eyelashes too….

I am flying on a plane for the first time!! It’s one of my biggest fears, but we’ve all got to overcome our fears sooner or later, right?? Well anyway, I saw on TV that eyelash curlers were banned from some airports because they are considered “weapons”. Should I just leave mine at home or just take it with me??
Also, what about my razor?? I need to shave, so should I take mine? Where do I pack it?

I used to sleep with the individual ones on everyday but since as a result of that, i don’t have many left at all, now i started taking them off before i go to sleep & putting vaseline on my lashes since apperantly that helps them grow back faster.
Is taking them off even going to make a difference? if so, how long til i see results? i’ve been doing it for a week & haven’t really seen any…

It’s a process that usually takes several months.

I accidently cut off my 11 year old sisters eyelashes while trimming her bangs! So we decieded to cut the other eyelashes to make it look even! Now they look funny & shes really mad at me & might tell my mom! so I told her that they’ll grow back thicker.
So how long will it take to grow back fully & will it grow back thicker?

I accidentally pulled out a couple eyelashes while removing mascara (I know I’m dumb). Also some of them are shorter than the others. How long will it take for my eyelashes to grow?

I took my lil Schnauzer to the Groomers today & specifically told them NOT to cut his eyelashes. His eyelashes were about 2 inches long & that is NOT an exaggeration. Everyone that saw him had a FIT over them. They were gorgeous, & she freakin CUT THEM anyways! I had told them 4 times NOT to touch them & the woman even wrote it on the papers I signed before he got his hair cut & underlined “DO NOT CUT EYELASHES!”.
Has this happened to anyone else?? If so did they grow back? & did they grow back to the same length they were before they were cut?
They hadn’t been touched since he was a baby. I am LIVID!!!!

I bought these mac fake eyelashes & they aren’t cheap but I wanted to know how to take the glue off the fake lashes bc I wanna keep reusing them over & over again, Ive only wore them once!!

This is pretty embarrassing, but I was curling my eyelashes with an eyelash curler & I think I must have pressed down too hard because it chopped off my eyelashes halfway. It looks really weird because there is a missing patch of lashes now & it makes me feel very self conscious. I read somewhere that it could take up to 8 weeks if they were completely plucked off, but I’m just wondering how long it would take them to grow back if there was still some lash left. I’m just freaking out because I look ridiculous! Also, if there is anything out there that can help speed up the process I would like to know. Thanks!

Well im kind of a pyro so i sprayed axe in a container & tried to see if it would light with a spark plug ignitor (DUMB IDEA) & a flame shot out & synged my eyelashes about halfway off soo ya im a guy & my eyelashes are really long (1/2 inch long regularly) & they curl so PLEASE HELP!!! How long will it take & will they ever be the same???

I am tired of washing my face at night. I do it all the time & my eyelashes come off sometimes because I have to scrub my mascara off.. Any way to easily remove makeup besides soap & water?

okay, i put on mascara, maybelline yesterday, my eye lashe sr still thick after i tried to put ponds cold cream on, it removed a little but still they r thick, hard & curly. so i went in the shower & now my lashes r soften up , i guess water, but during this whole process, i lot like 6-7 eyelashes!! will the eyelashes grow again, (its not noticable, it didnt fall out ina clump, thk god) but i am worried! has this every happen to u, & what should i do next time?

whAT do you use to take glue off eyelids when taking false eyelashes off

and is there anything that will speed up the process?
